There are no higher or lower Consciousness. There are different kinds of consciousness and different kinds of Consciousness are meant for different kinds of things each niche. Each Matrix creates a certain kind of Consciousness in you as a human being. Have Windows of Consciousness that you're looking through and those who have the kind of Consciousness that is required that are looking through the window that they need to see out of are the only ones who should be reading and listening to this
